Week 12 – Hearing the 1st heartbeat

Although the initial doctors appointment last month confirmed that I was pregnant with the typical tests, it was this appointment where we heard the techno rhythm of the baby’s heartbeat that made it so real! We received ultrasound photos- pics that resembled more of a baby peanut, hence the name, Peanut Jones. Finally, we had the reassurance that we could share our news with all of our family and friends!
