Daylight savings time = why won’t my baby sleep just a little longer?

I know the time change is only one hour, but it definitely has a way of throwing a baby totally off! And as a result, Zoë decided to wake up at 5:15 am one day (well, actually several days) last week. She generally waits until 6:15ish which is after I have already gotten ready for work, but with the time change, I can’t fault her for not knowing the beauty of that extra hour of sleep. And with that, everyone was up early! Marshall watched Zoë while I got ready for work, and by the time we fed her and had her bag packed, it was only about 6:30am. There’s not much to do that early in the morning, so I just decided to catch some fun photos of her hanging out in her nursery. Zoë has the most contagious giggle, especially when she is with her dad, and here are a few scenes from what is an absolutely wonderful way to start a day…even if it is at the crack of dawn!
