Week 15

I can’t believe it’s already the start of week 15. We’ve been enjoying these last days of summer before I head back to work. Marshall likes to describe it as my “panic mode” when I think of all of the things I want to accomplish before I start school, acting as if I’ll never be able to run errands, get a pedicure or haircut, or go to the doctor again.

Zoë was once again on the move this past week- at the Crossfit gym with me for an early morning workout with some of the other new mommies and their babes (Harper and Eli), at the park and on walks in her big stroller without the baby carrier attachment, at Rachel and Kristi’s house with little Oliver and Esme, at the pediatrician so that I could meet with the lactation specialist to get some pointers about returning back to work, and at a work-planning lunch with Auntie Char and Leigh. Back at home, Zoë got to spend some QT with our friend Keitha, tried her best to roll over (but that pesky right shoulder gets in her way every time) and also got to enjoy some of the London Olympics 2012. I know it’s bad to share that our four-month old loves the television, but she is completely taken by the picture and movement. Although we don’t want to make it a habit, we figured that we would let her take in some of the Olympics since they only come around every four years:) Keep calm and carry on!

Here are some pictures from the week.
