A day in the life of Zoë Jones…
Now that we are hitting more of a pattern (you’ll notice I say pattern rather than routine, because once we get comfortable with the day, Zoë has a funny way of changing things up on us), I wanted to share what keeps our little family busy each 24 hours…
We’ve been lucky to have Zoë sleep, eat and awake in 3-hour cycles. I was originally feeding her every two hours and was happy when the doctor shared that we needed to cut her feedings from 11-12 each day to 8. It definitely made our daily life a bit easier, and Zoë seems to be comfortable with it too. We are still feeding her at 9pm, 12am, 3am, and 6am each night, but hope that the 3am feeding will go away soon when she sleeps through it. Just last night, she slept from 1am until 5am- so fabulous!
