Team Z & C
You may remember my post about “bonus days”… well, we’re having some sweet ones around here! It has been so fun to see Zoë grow and become more aware of Cady. Cady is always in the nursery when we’re playing in the nursery, and always outside when we’re swinging outside, and always in the den when we’re watching TV…the list could go on. At nighttime as I get Zoë ready for bed, Cady stands just outside the door- waiting to make sure everything is ok. I can see her dainty little feet prancing back and forth from the light under the door.
As much as a baby and dog can play together, they do! Zoë laughs so hard when Cady is playing fetch (or Cady’s version of the game- keep away) and she runs back into the room with her toy. When they’re not playing a game, the two of them are just sprawled out on the nursery floor chewing on their favorite toys. I’m so happy that Zoë is experiencing the joy of Cady- it’s indescribable. As for Cady, I think her appreciation has grown exponentially for Zoë- from being able to sneak in a kiss on Zoë’s face to now sneaking in the food that she drops on the floor from her highchair. Cady doesn’t want to miss a moment, and neither do we! To my little team…love y’all!
very special
“Gods gift to zoe to be able to play with cady” is truly wonderful.
Let them play as often together as you can since these times will be some
Of your most memorable.
Cady is still one of the most perfect dogs in the world and she will
Continue to show that love every day she is with you. Daddy
what a precious little team they make!
