Week 25

Week in review: Ending my fall break, Zoë and I joined Bethanie and Lucy at Memorial Park on Saturday. The weather was perfect, and it was my first time taking Zoë to a playground. Zoë loved the swing and would just smile and laugh as Bethanie lightly pushed her. For those of you that know me well, you know that I am a bit of a germ-a-phobe. It has lessened a bit since I had a baby, but there are moments where my craziness does creep up. Today at the playground, there were kids that seemed quite intrigued by  Zoë’s toy giraffe, Sophie, in her stroller. You can imagine my fear when a little girl picked it up (not knowing where her hands had been) and I was also scared that her next move would be to put it in her mouth. In all honesty, it actually didn’t freak me out as much as it could have….baby steps, I guess.
